Visionary bear has tattoos of hope to thrive despite land developers and constant change. Visionary Bear wakes from his winter nap, the trees are gone, the bushes and shrubs have changed to parking lots and glass towers. Visionary Bear is hungry and sad, he looks for berries to eat, but he can just see plastic bins of refuge bolted with iron locks.
