Description
The Bald Headed Eagle thrives. It once was on the endangered list but man has done wonderful work with the environment to save the spices. Since the beginning of time, eagles are represented of the highest order. Eagles carry strength, courage. foresight, wisdom and immortality. The Eagle is the universal emblem of the gods of the sky. The cosmic eagle is a symbol of the highest aspirations of the spirit. . They are mentioned in more traditional mythologies than any other creature except for man himself.
If you are attracted to this image, it also might be the colours of gold that are calling you. Gold is intimately linked with Divinity and those gods associated with the Sun. It symbolizes wealth and success. Breath in a little gold in your lie for success.
This is a vector drawing made in Illustrator with the pen tool, dedicated towards Klimt style.

Hi Kim, When you dropped by today, I wanted to see what was in your SOLD gallery. This is my pick for my favorite and several others are a close second. Not an easy decision. For this viewer, it is magical!!!!!! FAV.
Kim Prowse replied:
thank you Reynold, I think Winter Dress was heavily influenced to keep me running in the Art World again. Initially I saw the eagles carved into a telephone pole, that is where it all started, on a drive up to Whistler. Im pleased you feel it magical, there is much history and meaning behind their stance. I am happy it was sold a few times as a framed print and poster, aslo as a pillow, it came in 2nd in a contest. Wow, don;t I sound braggy. Don;t mean too, I guess I am just really touched of this one. .

What a highly imaginative composition. I just looove it. Parts of dress reminded me of Gustav Klimt. Very very well done, Kim. L/F

Kim, This is stunning and very creative design elements. I appreciate your comment on my Klimt inspired painting "Resplendent". I do hope you open a gallery, I too have wanted to open a gallery/school. I love this painting so much, it's captivating. I voted for you.
Kim Prowse replied:
Thank you Susan for your vote on Winter Dress. I voted for you too, for your Peacock, "Resplendant", I can still see the vibrant blues in my mind, days after viewing it.
